The location is amazing, right next to the BTS 💕 But the kitchen smell from the A/C was a bit annoying at night. It was a comfy stay in my King Room.

A fantastic hotel with helpful staff who go above and beyond. The rooms are beautifully furnished, perfect for relaxation. Unfortunately, the wait for room cleaning was long, and the breakfast selection felt a bit limited, but the overall experience was enjoyable.

great room but poor shower pressure
The King Room was amazing, with a spacious layout that provided comfort and ease. The city view from my room was fine. The executive lounge service was excellent, with BB and Mia providing really good assistance during my time there.
The water pressure in the shower was disappointingly low .

The breakfast spread was amazing! Fresh juices, a variety of cuisines, and the staff were friendly. We took a family day trip to the nearby floating market, a fantastic experience, fun for everyone!
My wife says that the room could use more storage space for families with children.

We loved visiting the Grand Palace and exploring Chatuchak Weekend Market through the sightseeing tour organized by the hotel. The super nice team, and the rooftop pool was a highlight for us! Make sure to try the breakfast, it was delicious and had a ton of options.
The only downside was that the Wi-Fi was spotty in our room sometimes, a bit frustrating.
